2019 Annual General Meeting & Potluck

You are invited to the Green Party of PEI's 2019 Annual General Meeting & Potluck on Saturday, February 2nd (storm date Feb 9) in New Dominion. 

Following the business portion of the General Meeting, anyone who likes is invited to come or stay for a potluck social starting at approximately 6:30pm.

WHAT: Green Party of PEI 2019 Annual General Meeting
WHEN: Saturday, February 2nd at 4:30pm (registration at 4:00pm). Potluck to follow at approx. 6:30pm
WHERE: Afton Community Centre, 1552 Route 19, New Dominion

Business of this General Meeting will include:

  • President's, Treasury and Fundraising Reports;
  • In-person voting for Provincial Council positions, and tallying on in-person and online votes to announce the results;  
  • Voting on proposed Constitution and Bylaw amendments (Members may see details in the Members Area)
  • Leader's address

About the Provincial Council elections:

All members in good standing for whom we have an email address on file will receive an email ballot with a unique voting link on January 4th, 2019; members whose membership has expired within the past year may renew anytime before the end of voting on May 3rd, 2018 at 11:59pm and request a unique voting code by writing to [email protected] Members without an email address may call us at 902-700-7442 to make alternate voting arrangements. There will also be an opportunity to vote in person at the AGM.

If you are a member in good standing as of January 3rd, 2019 and do not receive your email ballot on January 4th, please first check your email spam filter to see if it is there. If not, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
