The Districts 12+13 Regional Association was founded when members of the former District 12 District Association and those of District 13 (which lacked its own District Association) voted to unite as one Regional Association on December 2, 2021. See the slide show presentation here.

About District 12 – Charlottetown-Victoria Park
District 12 Charlottetown-Victoria Park includes all of downtown Charlottetown and is bordered by the waterfront, Brighton Road/Euston Street, University Avenue, Allen Street, Mount Edward Road, Belmont Street, Second Street, and Hawthorne Ave. See the detailed map of the district on Elections PEI's website.
In the April 2019 Provincial General Election, 4,236 people registered to vote in our district; voter turnout was 74%, with 3,141 ballots cast in total.
Green Party candidate Karla Bernard earned the vote from 1,272 constituents, or 40.5% of the total ballots cast.
About District 13– Charlottetown-Brighton
District 13 Charlottetown-Brighton includes all of Brighton and is bordered by the waterfront, Belvedere Avenue, University Avenue, and Brighton Road. See the detailed map of the district on Elections PEI's website.
In the April 2019 Provincial General Election, 4033 people registered to vote in our district; voter turnout was 78%, with 3,245 ballots cast in total.
Green Party candidate Ole Hammarlund earned the vote from 1301 constituents, or 40.3% of the total ballots cast.
The Regional Association
Together, Districts 12 and 13 form a Regional Association, which is part of the Green Party structure that carries out grassroots engagements with the community and helps prepare and carry out the election campaigns of the district candidates.
